Requirements for Receiving FAMACHA© Cards and Certificate

 

STEP 1 — Watch the Certification Video

• ​Watch the FAMACHA©/Sustainable Integrated Parasite Management video at: https://youtu.be/Q8QKeC64-hE

 

STEP 2 — Submit Your FAMACHA Demonstration Video

• ​Email a short video of yourself conducting FAMACHA© eye score on a sheep, goat, llama, or alpaca using the correct technique *COVER, PUSH, PULL POP* to famachavideo@gmail.com. 

• Please ensure that your video does not exceed 30 seconds.

STEP 3 — Complete the FAMACHA© Training Quiz

• Take the online FAMACHA training quiz.

• A score of 70% or higher is required to pass.

• The exam may be taken multiple times if needed.

CERTIFICATION

Once all 3 steps are completed and reviewed, your FAMACHA Certificate and Certification Card will be mailed to you.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing and mailing.
