Requirements for Receiving FAMACHA© Cards and Certificate
STEP 1 — Watch the Certification Video

STEP 2 — Submit Your FAMACHA Demonstration Video

​Email a short video of yourself conducting FAMACHA© eye score on a sheep, goat, llama, or alpaca using the correct technique *COVER, PUSH, PULL POP* to famachavideo@gmail.com.

Please ensure that your video does not exceed 30 seconds.

STEP 3 — Complete the FAMACHA© Training Quiz

Take the online FAMACHA training quiz.

A score of 70% or higher is required to pass.

The exam may be taken multiple times if needed.

CERTIFICATION
Once all 3 steps are completed and reviewed, your FAMACHA Certificate and Certification Card will be mailed to you.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing and mailing.
If you do not receive your packet within 10 to 14 days after submission, please email:
