New Timely Topic: Worm-Trapping Fungus
ACSRPC members Jim Miller and Joan Burke have written a Timely Topic about BioWorma®, the new worm-trapping fungus that has been approved for sale in the US. While distribution is still being worked out, product should be available sometime this spring and/or summer.
BioWorma® is a biological control agent against the immature (larval) stages of gastrointestinal nematodes in livestock feces. The primary delivery system is thoroughly mixing the fungal spore material into supplement feedstuffs for daily feeding.
